I usually like the vibe here, but this visit was disappointing. The tables were sticky, the bathroom was gross, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while. After I paid, I started feeling kind of distrustful about the whole place, like if the front area looks this dirty, what else are they not taking care of?

I could tell quickly this was going to be annoying. It took way too long just to get a drink, and the food dragged on even more. The place wasn’t even busy, so I’m not sure what the holdup was. First impression: they really need to work on service speed.
